Bamboo cotton French terry fabric is a knitted loopback fabric developed for comfortable casual garments and lightweight outerwear. The fabric combines the softness and moisture management of bamboo fiber with the natural strength and stability of cotton. Its French terry construction features a smooth outer surface and an inner loop structure, providing warmth without excessive bulk. Typical weights between 240 and 280 gsm make it suitable for sweatshirts, hoodies, joggers and children’s clothing.
The fabric offers good breathability, soft skin contact and comfortable wear throughout different seasons. When a small percentage of spandex is added, the fabric gains improved recovery and flexibility for activewear and fitted garments. The fabric is suitable for garment dyeing, printing and other finishing processes required in apparel manufacturing.
